Once your order ships, tracking will be sent to the email used at checkout. Please allow time for tracking to update after the carrier receives the package.

Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Items must be purchased directly from our website.
- Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
- Food, beverage, and consumable products may be limited due to safety standards.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label.
We review damaged item claims case-by-case and may issue a replacement, credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale, during promotions, or with discount codes may be final sale unless otherwise stated.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, building staff, and the carrier first.
If the package still cannot be located, contact us so we can review next steps.
International Shipments
